Save the date — Sunday, August 30th, 3:00PM-6:00PM —  for our third annual festival.  This year we have so much more to celebrate, with our many partners and sponsors and an expanded program!  In addition to the familiar format of farm and environmental exhibits, we are also a “Better By Bike” event.   Cyclists are encouraged to bike in the islands, with the festival as their destination.   An option offered by our partner Local Motion is to approach the festival from Colchester, over the causeway, using the The Island Line Bike Ferry for free.  So bring the family for free pizza and so much more;-)

Encore! August 8 Burger Night!!!

The Accidental Farmer, once again will be hosting his popular Burger Night at Health Hero Farm.  Friday, August 7, 5pm to 8pm.  RAIN OR SHINE.  Inclement weather moves the event indoors, into the 1820’s classic bank barn.

Hello Neighfarm products groupingbors! The farmers at Health Hero Farm want you to know that we are now enrolling members into our 2015 CSA program.

We have three basic share types each with two sizes (family, small). We offer Summer/Fall Vegetables, Summer Omnivore (veg + cheese, eggs, bread, +), and Year-Round Omnivore (same as Summer Omnivore + meats and 49 weeks).
THREE pick up locations to choose from: South Hero (on the farm), Essex (Regal Gymnastics Academy), Georgia Center (at a member’s home).

We also offer Farm Stand Memberships starting at just $50! You get 5% more value than cash paid.
