Joan has been cleared for take off on her home catering ambitions! She can’t wait to share two of her favorite foods with customers at the Wednesday May 27 Farmers’ Market:
- Bratwurst, kale and bean stew
- baked rice pudding custard
For the June 3 Farmers’ Market, the choices will be
- Chili made with our ground beef, Great Northern beans, and a touch of red wine
- rhubarb-strawberry crisp topped with shortbread crumble
Our focus is mostly organic and gluten free foods. The Bratwurst is from our beef, and the custard uses our farm fresh eggs. You may pre-order these, along with our frozen beef, for pick up at the SOUTH HERO FARMERS’ MARKET this Wednesday.
